Last night the NYT claimed an Apple employee told them the iPhone 5 launch was just ‘weeks away’, which also coincided with apparent leaked designs from Case-Mate.
Now, 9to5Mac claims sources have told them two different iPhone models will debut this fall, a cheaper iPhone 4 alongside the iPhone 5. Furthermore, sources mention the iPhone 5 could possible be delayed due to its thinner, teardrop design. As for the device itself?
The iPhone 5 itself is a sight to behold, we’ve been told. It is impossibly light, yet much firmer than Samsung Galaxy phones which are backed in plastic. The camera rivals point and shoot cameras and will be a major marketing point for this device.
Previous reports have mentioned a cheaper iPhone 4 to compete aggressively in the prepaid market. There’s no doubt something is coming from Apple, it’s only a matter of time before we hear about invitations sent out to members of the press for their media event.

Seems like the next phone isn’t just an iPhone 4S, which is what I believed it was going to be. I had the aluminum back on the original iPhone and loved it. Am actually getting excited now. Hopefully Roger$ let’s me do a HUP.

They will just drop the iPhone 4 by $100 for 32 and 16GB and iPhone 5 will take the same paygrade as the current iphone 4 ^_^
Btw, I walked around metrotown to see the Apple store two weeks ago “coming soon” I was filled with excitement lol
