Watch the Red Bull Stratos Freefall Live from your iPhone

If you haven’t heard about the Red Bull Stratos freefall project, you’re about to. Felix Baumgartner will jump from 120,000 feet, essentially free falling 37 kilometres (23 miles) and will attempt to break the sound barrier over a desert in New Mexico:

THE MISSION

Red Bull Stratos is a scientific mission to 120,000 ft. Jumping from a stratospheric balloon one man will attempt to break the speed of sound in freefall.

ABOUT FELIX

Felix Baumgartner’s supersonic freefall from 120,000 ft will be the ultimate scientific experiment in a near-space environment.

The entire jump will be streamed live and it can be viewed from your iPhone. Just visit http://redbullstratos.com/live in Safari and it’ll load up YouTube. The jump is set to take place pretty soon so stay tuned to witness history in the making.
