Apple Removes 2 Per Customer Limit on iPad mini Sales in Canada, USA

Apple has updated their online sales page for the iPad mini to remove the two per customer limit on purchases in both their Canadian and US online stores. Now, during checkout customers can enter in a number between 1-999 iPad minis for purchase, as seen below:

This removal looks to signal Apple’s ability to keep up with iPad mini demand, as just a couple weeks ago online shipping estimates were showing “in stock” (they now show orders will ship in 24 hours) after previously being delayed to 3-5 business days and beyond.

Back in December of 2012, we reported Apple had similarly removed the 2 per person limit for iPhone 5 sales both online and in-store.
