iTunes Radio Appearing in Canada for Some iOS 7 Developers [PIC]

iTunes Radio was announced at WWDC 2013 as a USA-only service but according some iOS 7 beta users, the streaming service has been showing up in Canada, as seen below by @rorypiper:

Just a few days ago the WSJ revealed the payout details Apple will be making to music labels for iTunes Radio.

A current workaround for to get iTunes Radio in Canada (or outside of the USA) is to sign into iTunes with your American Apple ID (you can create one here). Anyone else seeing this?

I was referring to having an iTunes Canada account and having iTunes Radio work. Isn’t that what the article said at the beginning? I can get a US iTunes account to work no problem. Have been since Beta 1.
