New iPhoto and GarageBand iOS Icons Suggest App Redesign
9to5Mac has noticed new, redesigned icons for iPhoto and GarageBand for iOS. The new icons allegedly appeared in the iCloud Store Management function in the iOS Settings app.

As you can see from the above images, the icons are flat and in line with iOS 7’s simplified, flat design, and they are created with the new icon grid system in mind.
With the iPad event just a couple of days away, it seems like Apple has accidentally uploaded the icons prematurely. 9to5Mac has heard that alongside the new iPads, Apple is planning to release updated versions of its apps, and this includes iPhoto and GarageBand.

Since iOS 7 was launched, Apple’s own productivity apps such as Pages, Keynote, Numbers, iPhoto, and iMovie, as well as GarageBand, have remained unchanged. The forthcoming iPad event seems like a good opportunity to launch the redesigned Apple apps. But for now, the leak only suggests iPhoto and GarageBand updates.
