Apple’s New Ads Tout “If It’s Not an iPhone, It’s Not an iPhone” [VIDEOS]
Earlier today Apple shared new videos as part of its Shot on iPhone 6 world gallery. Now, the company has aired two new iPhone ads, with one touting the smartphones integration of hardware and software:
The iPhone’s hardware and software are designed together. Because when we design the whole phone, the whole experience is better.

The second ad titled ‘Loved’ says “99% of people who have an iPhone… Love their iPhone.”
The message for both of these ads reminds me of the 2011 campaign when Apple’s said “If you don’t have an iPhone, well you don’t have an iPhone.” While these ads feel fresh, they seem to be missing the old Apple marketing magic.
What do you think of these new ads?

How long before Samsung comes out with a blatant copy of this one?
If it’s not a Samsung, it’s not a Samsung.
If it’s not an Apple, it’s a Xiaomi
hahah
Seems kind of weird and almost desperate. Like they’ve lost the upper hand and now they’re trying to persuade people to come back, but without stating any features. Also, having a narrator claim these things instead of a user feels cheesy to me. I feel like there are much better ways they could have done a campaign like this.
These ads were missing the “it” factor for sure.
