You’re right, I should have been more descriptive, I was just so disappointed with the purchase. The build quality of the product is largely subpar. Their primary claim with the super suction is true, but I suspect this super sticky gel pad is the standard now as the ones on both iOttie products I own are just as grippy.
The release mechanism in the pictures and video is unsophisticated, and misleads one (or at least me) to believe in one handed operation – it is not, and is quite awkward to handle.
