Did you pre-order your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus from Rogers, Telus or Bell? Many who placed their pre-orders with the Big 3, are still waiting for their phones to arrive.
Some have given up waiting and have taken advantage of Apple’s Reserve & Pick Up option to obtain a phone faster, when stock is available at retail stores (use iStockNow to check).
We’ve been monitoring the chatter on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus pre-orders, but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of movement. However, some are starting to receive shipment notices.
Some Bell users, such as iPhone in Canada reader Joseph, have been notified their iPhone 7 Plus is set to arrive within store in 5 business days.
Others have commented Rogers stores, such as those in Oshawa have received iPhone 7 Plus in all sizes and colours (including Jet Black) this week. While consumers are able to obtain their orders, many with business accounts are being forced to wait at least another 2-4 weeks, according to Rogers.
Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus remains the hard device to find; as of writing, Apple Stores do not have any in stock, nationwide. Apple.ca has the configuration shipping in 6-8 weeks.

Got my 256 gb Black 7 Plus on launch Day with eastlink after Telus told me a wait time of 5 weeks even though i preorder at Midnight on the preorder night. What a mess up the big three have done with this launch

Ordered on the first day with Telus, and I received it Sept 1- jet black is super cool, although finger smugges are very common
I was put on the bell preorder list for jet black 7 plus on sept 16. So far no one has received their phones in the plus size, except I believe 1 matte black and 1 or 2 rose gold. I’m only like 8th in line for the jet black so it’s not bad but so far it’s been almost 3 weeks with an estimation of we don’t know. Haha
Still #640-ish with Rogers on an iPhone 7 Matte Black, 128GB.
I ordered a 7+ 32GB gold on September 14 from Telus and I am still waiting for it to arrive. My husband ordered a 7 and got it last week and my daughters 7 arrived this week they were both ordered on September 16.
My phone arrived today!
Gave up after a week with no movement in the line except for cancellations, with Fido. Started at 7, cancelled at 4. Found one with just a bit of effort at Apple.
My iPhone 7 plus jet black 128GB from rogers came last night, ordered first day, estimated time was 6 weeks.
I ordered iPhone 7 Plus through reseller like eBay. Although it wasn’t easy but worth it.
Got my 7+ on launch. 🙂

Pre-ordered my iPhone 7 plus at midnight on launch day from Telus. It arrived about 10 days ago.
I pre-ordered an iPhone 7 Plus (matte black, 256GB) from Rogers on September 9 and received a notice last Friday that it had shipped. I contacted Rogers after not receiving a tracking number and (to make a long story short) they suspect that the phone won’t ship for 1-2 weeks after the date I received the shipping notification. So, it may not arrive until the week of October 17.
My Telus iPhone Plus Jet Black 256GB arrived yesterday… One happy guy here.
How many of these comments below are corporate customers?
Checked the status of my order and it has changed to “Enjoy your new phone”. When I checked with the store where I ordered, they had no phone nor any news for me.
What a stupid message from Bell Mobility. They truly cocked up this release by advertising something they are unable to deliver (yes, I know, they claim it’s all Apple’s fault)
hahaha Rogers, Telus and Bell marketing teams are working hard writing fake comments on here…people saying they got their phones already or got them a while back are just lying. Especially their iphone 7 plus , that’s just a bold face lie. Ordered mine on the very first day and Bell still has absolutely no idea when they are getting it…
I did get my iphone 7plus (gold 32GB) yesterday from Telus, ordered Sept. 14. They didn’t let me know it was on its way so it was a pleasant surprise. More than the 3 weeks they promised to send it in, I am very happy with the phone.
