Rogers stores are currently clearing out 5th generation iPad cellular models in 32GB, available for $149 (or $6.20/month financing for 24 months) with a $10 per month tablet data plan.
According to RFD, stores with remaining stock are charging $149 for the 9.7-inch iPad LTE 32GB, which debuted in 2017, powered by the company’s A9 chip.
The deal is only available in-store but some users have been able to buy the iPad over the phone. This is a ‘YMMV’ (your mileage may vary) deal, as you’ll have to do some calling (1-888-ROGERS1; speaking French may nab one) to find out if your local Rogers store has some iPads available. There’s not a lot of stock left, but if you’re willing to make some calls…
Rogers is also selling the 6th generation iPad LTE 32GB for $359, but you need to sign up with a data plan for the tablet and also be on a Share Everything Plan.
Again, let us know if you’re going to hunt for a 5th generation LTE iPad from Rogers, because $149 is a pretty hot price to get an extra tablet for the kids.
