Earlier we told you Fido had launched a weekend offer targeting Freedom Mobile customers, offering an iPhone XR for $0 upfront and a 75/10GB plan.
Now, Freedom Mobile has launched an iPhone XR promotion of their own, targeting Rogers and Fido customers.
Freedom says, “For a limited time only, get an extra $20 monthly bill credit for 24 months16 when you switch to any Freedom Big Gig Unlimited plan starting at $75/mo (with Digital Discount).”
“This means an Absolute $0 iPhone XR AND unlimited data for only $55/mo!” reads the company’s website.
The math works out to $1,320 paid for your iPhone XR and mobile service over 24 months. With an iPhone XR worth $1,029 at Freedom, you’re paying $291 for wireless service, or $12.13 per month (!).
This promotion is available at participating Freedom Mobile retail stores. To be eligible, the fine print says you need to port your number over from Rogers or Fido and activate a postpaid or prepaid line during the promo period.
Eligible plans are Big Gig Unlimited plans $75/month and up (with Digital Discount):
Freedom Mobile says this promo will offer $480 in service credits at $20 per month and will show up in your account within two weeks of activation.
If you thought the $0 iPhone XR with $0 Tab on Freedom Mobile was good at $75/15GB, it’s now even better at $55/15GB, with plans also including 2GB of nationwide roaming data on top.
