You Can Buy Mac Pro, Pro Display XDR on Dec. 10 in the USA, Canadian ETA Unknown

According to Apple, you’ll be able to purchase its new Mac Pro and Pro Display XDR on December 11, 2019 in the USA.

As for when you can buy the Mac Pro and Pro Display XDR in Canada, Apple.ca still lists, “Coming this Fall”.

However, back in November when Apple announced its new 16-inch MacBook Pro, its Canadian press release stated it would “be available to order in December.”

The new Mac Pro is priced from $5,999 USD (approximately $7,951 CAD) and capable of 1.5TB of RAM. This will be the first update to the Mac Pro since 2013. A maxed out Mac Pro is estimated to cost an incredible $60,000 CAD or so.

Apple’s new Mac Pro will be made at the company’s facility in Austin, Texas, home to the production of the line up since 2013.

Also available soon December 10 in the USA will be the 32-inch Retina 6K Pro Display XDR, which starts at $4,999 USD ($6,626 CAD). The stand that goes for this expensive display will be $1,000 USD ($1,325 CAD) on top.

We’ve reached out to Apple Canada for clarification on when Canadians can start buying the new Mac Pro and Pro Display XDR.
