Telus-owned Koodo Mobile has been calling some of its former customers offering ‘winback’ deals, which are exclusive sweetheart plans to get old customers to return.
According to RFD, one former Koodo customer who recently switched to Bell’s Lucky Mobile was offered the following BYOD plans, which included unlimited calling and texting, plus a free 1,000 international minutes add on:
The prices above are only for 12 months, as prices go up by $8/month afterwards. But since they are BYOD, you can just jump to the next deal from any carrier.
Normally, a $35 activation fee is required but for ‘winback’, Koodo has kindly waived it this time around.
If you recently left Koodo Mobile, you may want to call the company and see if they have any ‘winback’ offers available for you, like the ones offered above.
Right now, Telus, Bell and Rogers are all also offering $75/20GB BYOD unlimited data plans, as part of limited time promos.
