#AppleToo organizer Cher Scarlett is leaving Apple on Friday.

Cher Scarlett, an Apple engineer who helped organize pay equity surveys and anti-harassment/discrimination campaigns at the company, will be leaving the company and requesting the withdrawal of a complaint she made to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), according to a report from Bloomberg.

Scarlett reached a settlement with the Cupertino company regarding the NLRB complaint and has already requested a withdrawal. She didn’t divulge the details of the settlement, but her lawyer Alek Felstiner told Bloomberg: “The matter was settled privately and the request for withdrawal is pending before the board. We hope the crucial organizing work at Apple will continue.”

Friday is my last day at Apple.

The senior-level software engineer attempted to organize an internal employee compensation survey, publicized worker complaints and helped draft an open letter to CEO Tim Cook criticizing working conditions.

Scarlett was one of two Apple employees who filed complaints against the company in September, alleging unfair labor practices, including a claim that management “engaged in coercive and suppressive activity that has enabled abuse and harassment” of workers organizing.

It’s unclear what will happen to the #AppleToo movement with Scarlett’s departure. Its website, which publishes workplace stories from Apple employees and workers, hasn’t had an update over the past 10 days.
