Mario Party 3 is Coming to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack on October 27
Nintendo has announced that Mario Party 3 is the next classic N64 title to make its way onto the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack. The party game will be available on Friday, October 27th.
Mario Party 3 rounds out the trilogy of original Mario Party titles to become available on Nintendo’s online subscription service. Last year, nearly to the day, Nintendo launched both Mario Party and Mario Party 2 on Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack. Soon, Mario Party 3 will join the fray, offering subscribers hours of multiplayer fun.

Mario Party 3 was first launched in North America on May 7, 2001. As the third entry in the series, players are able to once again play as mainstays such as Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Yoshi, Wario, and Donkey Kong. However, Mario Party 3 sees the introduction of Princess Daisy and Waluigi on the roster.
The game includes a number of new boards to play on, six in total. Much like the predecessors, players must move across the boards, and collect Stars in order to win the game. During each game, players will take part in Mario Party 3′s many minigames. This entry features 70 new minigames. Plus, Nintendo introduced Dual Mode and Dual Board, which are designed to be played with only two players.
Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack enables subscribers access to a catalogue of classic Nintendo 64, Sega Genesis titles and Nintendo Switch DLC. The annual subscription is available in Canada for $63.99/year. Nintendo’s service includes access to Excite Bike 64, Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, Metroid Fusion, Pokemon Stadium, and more.
