Public Mobile Axes 90-Day Subscription Pricing on Cheapest Plans
Earlier this month, Telus-owned Public Mobile launched some new 4G plans such a $29/30GB offering.
The three new plans added were as follows:
- $20/2GB 4G (new activations only; $19/month on 90-day subscription)
- $23/6GB 4G (new activations only; $22/month on 90-day subscription)
- $29/30GB 4G (new activations only)
But recently, Public Mobile removed the 90-day subscription pricing from its website, as it’s no longer showing. This means the $1/month discounts for a 90-day subscription are no longer available. All three 4G plans are still showing as for new activations only.
As of writing, Public Mobile’s plans are still as follows:
- $15 talk and text (new activations only)
- $20/2GB 4G (new activations only)
- $23/6GB 4G (new activations only)
- $29/30GB 4G (new activations only)
- $34/50GB 4G 5G
- $34/50GB 5G Canada-US
- $40/75GB 5G Canada-US
- $50/100GB 5G Canada-US
The Canada-US plans and the $34/50GB 4G plan are labeled as “limited time”, while the $29 and $23 plans are “promotion”.
