Well, that was fast. Earlier today, Koodo debuted a $39/50GB plan and now Bell’s Virgin Plus has updated its website to match that plan.
Virgin Plus is now showing the following plans:
Again, we’re seeing Virgin match Koodo by offering two main 4G plans. Koodo no longer offers 5G plans on its website, but does offer some 5G ‘deals’ for some existing customers.
Virgin’s $39/20GB 4G plan has been eliminated. The $44/50GB plan is now $39/50GB, so it’s $5/month cheaper. Just like Koodo’s moves today.
Fido hasn’t made any changes to its website yet, but you can expect they are coming to match its rivals. What will Black Friday bring in November from these flanker brands? Let’s wait and find out…
