Telus Outage: Calls Not Working in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan for Some
Telus is experiencing an outage for some customers in BC and Alberta, as voice calls are not working.
According to the telecom, the outage is deemed a “Failure of wireless voice services in Alberta”, but it’s also affecting some in BC.
Telus replied to customers on X that the voice call outage is also affecting some in Saskatchewan.
“Mobility services are experiencing a disruption, which may result in you being unable to make or receive calls, from your mobile device,” explains the Telus outage page.

Been down all morning here in Calgary. Telus store didn't seem to even know this was going on.
I'm with Koodo Quebec and seem to have no problems.
Fun how you might notice phantom service, when data's working, but not calls…
Cell phone working. Landline in Northern Alberta NOT working now for 2 weeks!!!! They better damn give something for this.
