According to reputed leaker Kosutami, the upcoming AirPods Pro 3 is expected to bring significant improvements to active noise cancellation (ANC), MacRumors is reporting.
Kosutami, who took to X to share insights about this potential upgrade, believes the next-generation AirPods Pro will feature a “much better” active noise cancellation system compared to its predecessor, the AirPods Pro 2, which was launched nearly two years ago.
This news has sparked interest among tech enthusiasts and Apple fans alike, as Apple has already marketed the AirPods Pro 2 as offering “up to twice as much” noise cancellation compared to the original AirPods Pro.
If the claims are true, the AirPods Pro 3 could take noise-canceling technology to new heights. However, Kosutami did not provide specific details regarding how Apple plans to achieve this improvement.
In addition to the buzz surrounding the AirPods Pro 3, Apple is expected to unveil its new AirPods 4 lineup during its special event on September 9. The AirPods 4 models are anticipated to come in both low-end and mid-tier versions, each offering enhancements over their predecessors.
According to rumours, the upcoming new AirPods will feature a revised design for a better in-ear fit, improved sound quality, and an updated charging case equipped with a USB-C port.
