Nintendo is releasing two new Switch bundles this fall, each featuring Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and a 12-month Nintendo Switch Online Individual Membership.
The bundles will be available by October, which is two months before Christmas Day, to allow early birds to beat the holiday rush.
The Nintendo Switch: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Bundle includes the standard Switch with Neon Red and Blue Joy-Con controllers, priced at $399.99. It features a digital download of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe ($79.99 MSRP) and a 12-month online membership ($24.99 MSRP), allowing access to online multiplayer and classic NES, Super NES, and Game Boy titles.
For the first time in Canada, the Nintendo Switch – OLED Model: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Bundle is available at $449.99. It includes the OLED Switch with white Joy-Con controllers, the same game download, and membership. The OLED model features a 7-inch screen, adjustable stand, LAN port, and enhanced audio.
The Nintendo Switch was first launched in March 2017 (7.5 years ago) and is definitely due for an upgrade, or at the very least a price drop.
Both bundles will be available at select retailers, the My Nintendo store, and online.
