ŌURA has just unveiled the highly anticipated Oura Ring 4, the latest version of its popular health-tracking smart ring, now featuring cutting-edge Smart Sensing technology.
Smart Sensing technology, which powers the Oura Ring 4, uses an innovative algorithm that works with research-grade sensors to adapt dynamically to the wearer’s finger. This ensures precise health monitoring, day and night, whether the user is resting or on the move.
The ring comes in an expanded range of sizes, catering to a broader audience with twelve options (sizes 4-15). Additionally, users can choose from six colors, including Brushed Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, Stealth, and a refreshed Black finish that features a durable, glossy tungsten PVD coating.

The app is divided into three main sections: Today, Vitals, and My Health, allowing users to get an overview of their daily stats while also offering the ability to dive deeper into long-term trends and metrics.
The Oura Ring 4 is available for pre-order starting today and will begin shipping on October 15, 2024, with a starting price of $469 CAD.
