Telus-owned Mobile Klinik is partnering with tech company Apkudo to streamline its device repair and refurbishment services across its Canadian locations.
The collaboration makes Mobile Klinik the first major retailer in Canada to use Apkudo’s Circular Industry Platform, which automates device testing and grading to improve efficiency and quality control.
With Apkudo’s tech, Mobile Klinik looks to provide customers with a wider range of certified pre-owned devices, that will essentially see an improved refurbishment process.
“By partnering with Apkudo as their first and only Canadian retailer, customers have access to a large network of certified pre-owned devices and reliable device repair solutions that take the guesswork out of our refurbishment process. Together, we will give customers peace of mind, knowing they’re making smart, worry-free choices for all of their device needs,” said Dan Quick, President of Mobile Klinik, in an issued statement.
Mobile Klinik has over 130 locations across Canada where customers can buy, sell, repair, and connect their devices in-store or online.
