Immersive ‘Ice Dive’ Video Now Available on Apple Vision Pro

Apple Vision Pro users can now plunge into a frosty underwater world with the latest installment of the Adventure series, ‘Ice Dive.’

Released today, the episode follows athlete Ant Williams as he attempts to break the world record for the longest distance swum under ice on a single breath.

The episode transports viewers to the Arctic’s icy depths, offering a front-row seat to Williams’ remarkable journey of endurance and determination. Through Apple’s state-of-the-art immersive technology, the Vision Pro headset brings this extreme feat to life in vivid detail, allowing users to experience the chilling beauty of the Arctic like never before.

Ice Dive is the third episode in the popular Adventure series, which showcases extraordinary human endeavors through stunning 3D visuals designed for the Vision Pro. The series debuted with ‘Highlining,’ a daring exploration of tightrope walking at dizzying heights, and later expanded with ‘Parkour,’ highlighting the art of urban movement.

The launch of Ice Dive comes amidst Apple’s broader efforts to build an expansive library of 3D content for the Vision Pro. Recent additions include new episodes of the dinosaur-centric Prehistoric Planet series, the awe-inspiring Boundless, and a short film titled Submerged.
