X has started rolling out a dedicated video tab in its mobile app, allowing users to gain instant access to videos.
“An immersive new home for videos is rolling out to users in the US today,” announced X on Sunday evening. Unfortunately, this video debut is only for the US at the moment and not in Canada.
X shared a demo of how the feature works. You just tab the new video icon and you will start seeing videos in a TikTok/Reels type format. This is a much faster way to watch videos on X.

As you can expect, everyone is launching more videos as they expected TikTok to be banned, but that was undone at the 11th hour. This video tab will likely roll out for X users in Canada and globally soon, stay tuned.
