Tim Hortons ‘Roll Up the Rim’ Cups are Back After 5 Years

Tim Hortons Roll Up cups are BACK Starting Feb 24 play Tim Ho.

Five years ago during COVID-19, Tim Hortons axed its ‘Roll Up the Rim’ contest cups, shifting to digital entries through its mobile app on iOS and Android.

Today, Tim Hortons announced its physical ‘Roll Up the Rim’ cups are back for a limited time. So that means you can enter the annual Roll Up 2 Win contest even if you don’t have a smartphone. Lots of seniors don’t have the Tim Hortons app for example.

“Guests loved celebrating the 60th anniversary of Tim Hortons with us last year and it inspired us to bring back some classic Roll Up cups this year for a limited time –get them while you can as we expect they’ll go fast!” said Hope Bagozzi, Chief Marketing Officer for Tim Hortons, in a statement.

From February 24 to March 23, Tims Rewards members earn one digital Roll per eligible beverage, breakfast, or meal purchase. Bringing a reusable cup adds a bonus Roll.

Members earn three Rolls for buying Tims at Home products in-store or from retailers (with receipt upload). Tims Mastercard users get 50 bonus Rolls for signing up and one Roll daily for purchases.

Prizes this year include Samsung TVs, Crave and TSN+ subscriptions, gift cards, a Volkswagen ID.Buzz electric van, vacations, coffee, donuts and other prizes.

I can’t stand the watery drink known as coffee at Tim Hortons (a Boston Creme donut is fine). Also, hopefully this year Tim Hortons doesn’t screw up prizes and get slapped with a class action lawsuit again.
