Telus-owned Public Mobile last month increased the price of its 5G plans, while also revamping its 4G plans.
Yesterday, Public Mobile continues to add another plan to its 4G lineup, this time a new Canada-US roaming plan priced at $30/month with 6GB of data. This is the only Canada-US roaming plan at 4G speeds, as all other plans in this lineup are only nationwide.
Why add a $30 plan with Canada-US? Well, looking at the existing $27/6GB plan, customers will now have to ponder paying $3 more for US roaming data. That just adds to an increased monthly plan if they want US, but not Mexico roaming, which starts at $34/month.

Again, it’s clear Black Friday and Boxing Day are the best times for a new cellphone plan. For new customers, the huge spread of plan pricing means there’s going to be one that fits the bill.
