Public Mobile Just Won’t Quit—20GB Promo Back Again

Telus-owned Public Mobile has extended some of promos, including its recent 20GB plan with Canada-US-Mexico talk, text and data (again!).

Earlier this month, Public Mobile brought back its $29/20GB 5G Canada-US-Mexico plan for a limited time (this plan originally debuted back in December 2024), only available until March 24.

But today, Public Mobile updated its website to extend the promo for another week to March 31. Surprise!

Also extended was the company’s free third month promo, which was set to expire on March 24. This promo now ends on March 27 and only applies for plans $35/month and higher.

Here are Public Mobile’s plans as of March 25, 2025:

5G Plans (Canada-US-Mexico)

• $29/20GB + 100 international minutes (now ends March 31)
• $35/60GB + 500 international minutes (3rd month free now ends March 27)
• $45/100GB + 1000 international minutes (3rd month free now ends March 27)

Recently, we saw Pubilc Mobile debut a $45/100GB plan, which is still widely available.

Here are Public Mobile’s 4G Plans (all Canada-wide) as of today, with no major changes:

• $19/1GB  
• $24/4GB
• $27/6GB

You may also want to check your account online by going to subscriptions and ‘change subscription’, to see if you’re being offered any special plans. Some are seeing $35/75GB plans and more again.
