Fizz Hikes Prices, Debuts New Plans with Up to 125GB Data

Quebecor’s Fizz Mobile has increased prices for new customers or those that end up making changes to their plans, while also debuting new offers that have up to 125GB of LTE data.

For starters, the base plan price has increased from $6 to 11 per month for province-wide calling in Alberta, BC and Ontario. This is the same base price in Manitoba as well.

Update May 26, 2025: Unlimited calling actually went down from $4 to $2, while unlimited texting also went down from $3 to $2 per month. Canada-wide coverage increased from $9 to $12 per month. The USA roaming add-on has increased from $12 to $13 per month.

As for data plan changes:

Manitoba has different prices for data:

Plans removed include $5 for 3GB, $8 for 5GB and $28 for 80GB.

These price increases will only apply for new customers and anyone tweaking their existing plan.

Without a static ip, no cooling, emmc storage. An Android phone is probably the worst thing to run a server on. What are you running on an android phone?
