Tim Hortons is showing its support for the Edmonton Oilers during the 2025 Stanley Cup Final (Game 1 kicks off on Wednesday) with limited-time offers for fans in Edmonton and across Canada.
Starting tomorrow, select Tim Hortons locations in Edmonton will serve hot drinks in special-edition orange cups featuring the Oilers logo and the message “Let’s Go Oilers!” The cups are available only in large size.
Tims Rewards members will also get app-exclusive deals after every Oilers win. If Edmonton wins Game 1, fans will be able to get a $1 medium original Iced Capp with a $3 purchase. A second win will unlock a free 10-pack of Timbits with a $3 minimum spend. More Oilers victories will bring more offers.
“No matter who your favourite NHL team is, the Oilers are now Canada’s team,” said Tim Hortons CMO Hope Bagozzi. “We’re excited to join our guests from coast to coast to coast in cheering for the Stanley Cup to return home.”
Last year, the Florida Panthers beat the Oilers in the Stanley Cup Final in an exciting game 7 showdown. This year is a rematch and the Oilers are looking to be the first Canadian team to win the Stanley Cup since 1993, when the Montreal Canadiens brought the Cup home. The Oilers last won the Stanley Cup 34 years ago in 1990.
The offers are available through the Tim Hortons app or in-store in Canada. Third-party delivery apps are not included. Tim Hortons is headquartered in Toronto, but its parent company Restaurant Brands International (RBI) is majority-owned by Brazilian investment firm 3G Capital.
