Did you leave Telus-owned Koodo recently? If so, you might have luck with a special ‘winback’ plan to lure you back to the company.
A customer who called the Koodo winback line at 1-833-896-0450 was offered a strong promotional deal after switching away from the carrier, as detailed on RFD.
The offer includes 40GB of data for $20 a month, which is available after a $10 monthly discount for setting up pre-authorized debit.
They also received $75 in bill credits, which covers more than three months of service, along with no activation fees.
The plan comes with international calling to countries including the U.S., Germany, India, and several others. On top of that, the customer could pick one additional feature, such as rollover data, international text and video messaging, voicemail, or extra calling destinations.
The deal is month-to-month, not tied to any employee pricing program (EPP), and appears to be aimed at former Koodo customers willing to return.
Someone else on RFD who called the number said they were able to get the $20 plan on three lines. This looks like a “your mileage may vary” deal so not everyone will get it, but if you have time to talk on the phone it might be worth trying.
