Bell Targets Lucky Mobile Users with $20/20GB 5G Upgrade Offer

If you’re a Bell-owned Lucky Mobile customer, you may want to check your email and the Lucky Mobile app. Last week, Bell started emailing Lucky Mobile customers with some exclusive plans if they switch over to the parent company.

The following postpaid 5G+ monthly plans for bring your own device customers are being offered after autopay discounts ($10 off with debit preauthorized payments):

  • $20/20GB
  • $30/40GB + 1,000 international minutes
  • $40/100GB + 1,000 international minutes
  • Bell SmartPay plan: $45/100GB + 1,000 international minutes + voicemail to text

The bring your own device plans all include nationwide talk, unlimited calls to the US from Canada and unlimited international texting. They also include “unlimited data” which sees speeds throttled to 512 Kbps once you’ve exhausted your data plan.

As for the $75 connection fee, that is also credited on your second or third bill, according to RFD. The switcher offer includes a free SIM card and of course, these prices may always change in the future says Bell, which translates to future increases possibly (we’ve seen it happen all the time, so it seems inevitable).

A $20/20GB plan is decent for light users. I mean, who doesn’t want a $20/month cellphone plan with 5G? The offer is targeting select Lucky Mobile customers and offers a one-time promo code to switch over to Bell. Let us know if you’re getting this offer in your inbox or app in the comments.
