Rogers vs Telus vs Bell vs Freedom: Best Phone Plans November 2025
November is here and mostly everyone is getting an extra hour of sleep thanks to the end of Daylight Saving Time. This month also marks Black Friday, a shopping frenzy we’ve adopted from the U.S. which also bring some of the best cellphone deals.
Let’s take a look at prices from Rogers, Telus, Bell and Freedom at the start of November, and see where they go from here, and how they compare to October (in brackets).
All plans below are for bring your own device and after autopay:
Rogers
- $70/60GB (was 100GB)
- $75/100GB (new)
- $85/175GB Canada-US (was $80)
- $105/250GB Global (64 destinations; was $95)
Prices have increased on the higher end plans by $5-10, while the 100GB plan is now $75. No mention of any Black Friday plans on the Rogers website yet.
Telus
- $75/100GB (unlimited calls to 27 destinations; was $70)
- $85/175GB Canada-US (was $80)
- $105/250GB Global (68 destinations; was $95)
- 5G: $60/60GB
- 5G: $65/80GB (was $50)
Telus has also increased the price of its most expensive plans, while the 80GB 5G plan jumped by $15. The website doesn’t have any mention of Black Friday deals yet. The Telus website continue to show default bundle pricing, which makes plans seem lower at first glance.
Bell
- $70/60GB (was 100GB)
- $75/100GB (was $70)
- $85/175GB Canada-US (was $80)
- $105/250GB Global (65 destinations; was $95)
Bell has the same $70/50GB plan like Rogers. The company’s website for plans also got some minor design tweaks.
Freedom Mobile
- $34/10GB Canada-US-Mexico + 1GB Roam Beyond
- $39/60GB Canada-US-Mexico + 5GB Roam Beyond
- $49/80GB Canada-US-Mexico + 15GB Roam Beyond (was 100GB)
- $59/100GB Canada-US-Mexico + 25GB Roam Beyond (was 150GB)
- $69/200GB Canada-US-Mexico + 30GB Roam Beyond
- $79/250GB Canada-US-Mexico + 35GB Roam Beyond
Quebecor’s Freedom Mobile eliminated its $29/5GB plan compared to last month.
So compared to October, Rogers, Telus, and Bell all raised prices by $5–$10 on their higher-end plans, with 100GB tiers now sitting at $75, and their Canada-U.S. and Global options priced identically. Freedom Mobile stands out with cheaper plans that include Canada-U.S.-Mexico roaming, though recent promos ended, lowering data on the $49 and $59 tiers.
Let’s see what Black Friday deals will bring—they should be announced in the next week or two. We’ve already seen Quebecor’s Fizz release their Black Friday deals which you can see here.

Rogers isn’t offering any plans. I’m stuck with the plan I’m on.
I think everyone needs to just speak to a wireless salesperson, these are simply not the best deals available.
The 1 thing I would rather see is a 10 or < wait time for support calls.. average seems to be 2hrs.
i usually select the option to cancel my plan to get a support person faster!! Sad!
Also would like to see more competition to help bring prices down .. we pay some of the highest prices in the world!!
