Now, it appears Fido is following suit with its own $40/60GB Canada-US-Mexico plan. But there’s one catch—it’s only available at Fido stores and dealers, according to advertisements seen by RFD members.
This Fido Cyber Monday plan has an $80 activation fee since it’s only available at stores. But that fee is credited back at $5 per month for 16 months. Now that’s one way to make you stick around.
We have yet to see Virgin Plus copy Koodo’s Canada-US-Mexico plan, but time is running out.
Freedom Mobile’s $39/70GB Canada-US-Mexico deal is better since it includes 10GB of Roam Beyond.
