Clicks Goes All-In on Buttons With a New Keyboard and a Second Phone

Clicks has shared more details about its two upcoming products for 2026, the Clicks Power Keyboard and the Clicks Communicator, including Canadian pricing, shipping timelines, and compatibility.
The Clicks Power Keyboard is a portable Bluetooth keyboard that also works as a power bank. It magnetically attaches to the back of a phone and slides out to reveal a physical keyboard, freeing up screen space by replacing the on-screen keyboard. The device includes an onboard 2,150 mAh battery, with 500 mAh reserved by default to keep the keyboard powered. Clicks says this setting can be adjusted in the Clicks app.
Power Keyboard supports wireless charging for devices that use MagSafe and Qi2. As a Bluetooth keyboard, it is designed to work with any product that supports external Bluetooth keyboards. Clicks says it has already tested the keyboard with multiple phones, including recent iPhone models, Pixel 9, and Galaxy Fold devices, along with smart TVs like Apple TV and AR and VR headsets such as Apple Vision Pro.
The keyboard can pair with up to three devices at the same time. Users can switch between connected devices using dedicated number keys, making it easy to move from a phone to a tablet or TV without re-pairing. Power Keyboard is available for pre-order now for $111 CAD, with a regular price of $149 CAD. Clicks says it will ship in the spring.
The second product, Clicks Communicator, is a compact Android-based phone designed to be used alongside a main smartphone. It focuses on messaging, typing, and intentional communication, rather than apps and scrolling. Clicks positions it as a second phone for people who want more control over how and when they communicate.
Communicator reservations are open now in Canada at an early bird price of $399 CAD, paid in full. The regular price is $499 CAD. The reservation also includes two free back covers, which Clicks says are worth $100, along with a $199 CAD reservation deposit. Shipping and duties are an additional $30 CAD.
Clicks says Communicator will launch later this year. The company recently posted a full product walkthrough video on YouTube showing both devices in action.
Check out their launch video below—are you interested in either of these devices? Unless you really miss a BlackBerry keyboard, I’m not sure how long people will actually use these devices.

i almost thought this was a case for the apple watch to turn it into a phone
Yeah… lets buy a 500$ USD smartphone to compliment your 2000$ USD foldable phone 🤦♂️
Wow! How about calling it something like Blackberry!!
The Communicator can be a standalone phone too—not sure why its being marketed as a "companion" phone. If they want to talk about 'less distraction,' they shouldn't be adding a phone to the distraction that already exists otherwise.
