Rogers vs Telus vs Bell vs Freedom: Best Phone Plans Jan. 2026
The Boxing Week hangover that somehow felt like it lasted a month is finally over, and wireless pricing in Canada is mostly back to normal. Rogers, Telus, and Bell have quietly rolled back the deep discounts and bonus data that showed up during Boxing Week.
That said, Freedom Mobile does not seem to have gotten the memo yet, as it continues to offer more aggressive pricing compared to the ‘Big 3’, likely landing last-minute sign ups in the New Year.
Below are the current 5G+ bring-your-own-device wireless plans as of January 6, 2026, after autopay discounts.
Rogers
- $70/60GB
- $75/100GB
- $85/175GB Canada-USA
- $105/250GB Global (64 destinations)
Telus
- $75/100GB
- $85/175GB Canada-USA
- $105 unlimited 5G+
- $105/250GB Global (68 destinations)
- $60/60GB 5G
- $65/80GB 5G
Bell
- $70/60GB
- $75/100GB
- $85/200GB Canada-USA
- $105/250GB Global (65 destinations)
As you can see, most of the plans from Rogers, Telus and Bell are almost all aligned. If they aren’t yet, they soon will be.

Wundle mobile always goes unmentioned and needs to be discussed more often.
its a solid choice!
I've never heard of Wundle… who's network do they use? Are they a true MVNO or are they owned by the Big 3?
They are a reseller. Currently there plans use the Rogers network but have in the past also used Bell and Telus.
I am with Wundle, I am in Atlantic Canada and with Telus through Wundle. Easy no hassles with billing etc. Far less then the big 3 which is a nice bonus as well.
I've been using Freedom Mobile for a couple of years now & I'm never going back. Was with Phydeaux previously.
Nice Advert for Freedom. Public Mobile us cheaper with better plans.
