New Fry Box Technology, the HEINZ Dipper, Debuts at Scotiabank Arena This Month

Heinz Canada is debuting its new evolutionary take on the French fry box, the Heinz Dipper. This technological leap in how we eat French fries while on the go is exclusively making its way to Scotiabank Arena in Canada.

Starting this month, the Heinz Dipper is debuting at the home of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors. Fans attending a game will be the first in Canada to try the first-of-its-kind French fry box with a built-in ketchup container. With this, it makes it easy to dip your fries while on the move.

The new Heinz  Dipper is a patent-pending take on the classic French fry box. The box itself and the ketchup compartment are both shaped like the keystone logo of the company. This compartment can store ketchup or other condiments, like Heinz’s mayo alternative if that’s more up your alley.

For far too long, Canadians endured the trials and tribulations of balancing sauce packets and French fries while at a game. What’s worse is being in a position where you have to pour the ketchup over the fries and get your fingers dirty while eating them. According to HEINZ, 80 percent of fans say they have considered skipping condiments due to a lack of dip-friendly packaging options.

The Heinz Dipper is launching across participating restaurants and arenas globally. As of now, the first participating partner in Canada is Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena. In the US, the Heinz Dipper will be available in six cities. Plus, nine other global countries are debuting the new french fry technology, including Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Thailand, China, and Kuwait.
