Bell Offers Secret $40 Plan with 100GB of Data and Free AI to Existing Customers

Bell again is reaching out to its existing home internet and TV customers with some mobile plan discounts that are not available to the general public.
An iPhone in Canada reader recently shared an email invite showing that the company is trying to convince its current household subscribers to move their wireless service over to Bell as well.
One plan being offered is a 100GB 5G+ plan for $40 per month (save $25/month). This price is after a $10 autopay discount and a $35 credit specifically for those who already have Bell services at home. The plan includes unlimited talk and text in Canada and includes a one-year subscription to the Perplexity Pro AI for free.
The $40/100GB offer isn’t new (we’ve seen it as low as $39), as we’ve seen it being teased for a while. But it’s good to keep tabs on what Bell continues to offer its existing customers in an effort to get them to switch over their mobile plans.
For those who need even more data or travel often, Bell is also offering its Max plan but at a discount. For $50 per month (save $25/month), customers get 175GB of data at 5G+. This plan also includes unlimited talk, text, and data but usage within Canada and the U.S., along with unlimited calling from Canada to 27 other countries.
Bell says it will waive the $80 connection fee for anyone who completes their order through the MyBell app. On the hardware side, the email mentioned that customers could get an iPhone 17 for $0 down on a two-year SmartPay plan.
You may want to check your email’s spam folder if you are trying to locate one of these emails from Bell.

Perplexity Pro is good an all but if it was ChatGPT Plus, it woulda swayed my mind a bit more.
