Like clockwork, Canada’s biggest wireless carriers continue to follow each other when it comes to pricing.

Telus flanker brand Koodo has increased prices across the board today by $5, a move that matches Virgin Plus and Fido.

Here are Koodo’s plans as of June 7, 2026, for bring your own device and after autopay discounts:

  • $45/20GB (was $40)
  • $50/60GB (was $45)
  • $55/60GB (was $50) Canada-US-Mexico
  • $60/100GB (was $55)

It’s clear summer is the worst time to jump on a new cellphone plan.

Virgin Plus was first to increases prices by $5 across the board, which was then matched by Fido and now Koodo. We’re seeing the same formula once again—pad up prices before the August ‘back to school’ season, when magically new promos will appear.
