Telus, Koodo iPhone 18 Pro Pre-Order Date: Register Now

Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max pre-orders in Canada are set for Saturday, September 12 at 5am PT / 8am ET, with iPhone Duo following on Friday, October 16 at the same early hour.
The Telus homepage is already in launch mode with a “Waiting is so overrated. Meet iPhone 18 Pro” pitch and a “Register now” CTA for exclusive Apple launch news and pre-order details. There is still no carrier open clock on that page, and Duo isn’t called out on the homepage register path yet.
Koodo is more direct on timing. Its homepage river for iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max says pre-order starts on Sept 12 on the “fast-fordable 5G network,” with a Learn more link into the marketing page. Like Telus, there’s no time of day and no live Tab pricing for the new models yet, and Duo isn’t on the homepage push. Last year’s Telus and Koodo register post looked a lot like this stage too, with dates firming up closer to Friday.
For now, treat Saturday morning the same way we did last year: Apple opens first, and the carrier queues usually follow that same morning. Stay tuned for financing and Duo pages closer to each window. For the Apple Store app side, our how-to pre-order guide still covers the bag-prep basics.
Shopping rate plans ahead of the Telus and Koodo windows? Our September Rogers, Telus, Bell and Freedom plans roundup is mainly for BYOD. An iPhone 18 from Telus or Koodo will typically land on financing or a Bring-It-Back / Tab-style arrangement, unless you pay the full sticker outright, and that carrier full price usually sits a little above Apple.
