Flipboard 2 Years Later: 20 Million Users, Canada Listed as One of its Top Countries

Flipboard is celebrating its two year anniversary and has posted an infographic describing its achievements in the past 24 months. The social magazine first debuted for the iPad, but later introduced support for the iPhone last December.

The notable stats point to 20 million users, with 3 billion ‘flips’ per month, 1.5 million users daily and a new user spawning every second. The graphic also lists the top countries, with Canada listed alongside the US, UK, China and Japan. Considering our relatively small population that’s quite the feat.

Check out the infographic below:

This January Flipboard announced localized content guides with support for Canada. This May, we also saw the addition of The Globe and Mail to its news section. Don’t forget you can also find iPhone in Canada within Flipboard under the Tech and Science section.
