The Toronto Raptors are 2019 NBA Champions, making history, defeating the Golden State Warriors on the road.

Some Bell Fibe TV customers unfortunately missed the end of the game, with service shutting down in the final 5 minutes or so of Game 6. Bell suffered similar issues with Game 5 and earlier today issued $10 bill credits for the inconvenience.

While other Canadians got to witness the Raptors make NBA history, some Bell Fibe TV customers were left in the dark.

Bell issued the following at 8:36pm PDT/11:36pm EDT on Twitter:

We’re currently experiencing technical issues with the Fibe TV app. If a channel is not available, please try again later or watch on a Fibe or Satellite TV receiver or the CTV, TSN or RDS Go apps. We apologize for the inconvenience.

As expected, reactions from customers during the tense Game 6 final from Bell Fibe TV customers were not pleasant:

Bell CEO George Cope was on the awards stage to receive the Larry O’Brien Trophy.

Did your Bell Fibe TV service cut off at the end of Game 6 of the NBA Finals?
