For new iPhone X users (come this Friday), setting up Face ID will be the first step after unboxing the device. How to setup Face ID on iPhone X? Just go to:
Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Set Up Face ID
The phone will then tell you to “First, position your face in the camera frame. Then move your head in a circle to show all of the angles of your face.”
Then, you’ll be told to “Move your head slowly to complete the circle,” which you’ll need to just do two times—and that’s it.
To unlock your iPhone X with Face ID, you just enable the display and look at it and boom—your device will be unlocked.
