Following the highly anticipated Apple Watch event, Apple has pushed out iOS 8.2 for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. The new software carries a build number of 12D508, and it is available right now.

The newly released software adds support for the Apple Watch. It’s a minor update, but it’s a must-have if you plan to buy an Apple Watch: if you want it to work with the wearable, well, your iPhone needs to run iOS 8.2.

The update brings stability improvements and bug fixes and some minor changes to the Health app.

i installed it from the dev center (downgrading from 8.3 beta 2) and it gimped my cellular

hope its not the case for non dev’s ota from 8.1

Always be weary of Apple updates. Seems like they do crowd testing. Not upgrading till 8.2.3 or 8.2.4

iOS update should be separate from Watch support. I don’t want or will not get the Watch so why clutter up my iOS?
