Apple Canada’s certified refurbished store looks to be selling Apple Pencil for the first time, listing the stylus under the Refurbished iPad section.
A refurbished Apple Pencil is listed at $109 CAD, offering 15% off its retail price of $129, saving you $20. Apple says you’ll get the pencil itself, Lightning adapter and an extra tip in the box.
Apple Pencil from the refurbished store comes with Apple’s 14-day return policy and one-year limited warranty. Certified refurbished Apple products are literally good as new, so there’s really no point in buying new unless you want the shiny box or can’t wait.
As of writing, Apple Pencil is available for pick up at an Apple Store as soon as October 18 and also delivers by that date as well.
Apple started selling refurbished Apple Pencil in the United States last summer, but now it appears to have landed in Canada for the first time.
Apple Pencil first launched back in September 2015 for iPad Pro, but as of this spring, Apple’s 9.7-inch iPad also supports the stylus.
