Codenamed Bakepale, the latest v2.0.0 beta 6 update to jailbreak tool Palera1n has just been released, which fully supports iOS 16.4 - iOS 16.4.1 jailbreak.

Hot on the heels of the release of the jailbreak tool PwnageTool 4.2, which allows for custom firmware restores for Mac users, sn0wbreeze 2.2r2 has been released for PC users. sn0wbreeze essentially is PwnageTool for Windows users. It also includes the latest iBook and AT2 wifi fixes.
sn0wbreeze 2.2 uses the same untethered jailbreak from Greenpois0n. Canadian iPhone hacker/developer ih8sn0w released it just over an hour ago:

Yes. sn0wbreeze = pwnagetool for Windows users.
As far as I know, only Ultrasn0w does the unlocking and so far there is no version which supports that baseband. If you’re already at 2.10.04, then I think you’re out of luck, for now, but if not, you can update using TinyUmbrella to preserve the old baseband.
From what is said about sn0wbreeze, it looks like the custom firmware allows you to preserve your baseband, i.e. not update your baseband.
