Alleged ‘AirPods Studio’ Headphones Leak, Product Leakers Fist Fight on Twitter

While we’re all waiting for iOS 14 to drop, let’s take a look at the latest product leaks, which claim to be Apple’s upcoming ‘AirPods Studio’.

Earlier today, @choco_bit leaked what claims to be a “sport variant of Apple headphones”. These Apple-branded headphones were first detailed by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman in April. 9to5Mac shared more details about AirPods Studio later in May.

The image shows a design that resembles old-school headphones, with some product tags or logos blacked out. Another apparent leak from @choco_bit showed ‘AirPods Studio’ in white:

Apple leaker Jon Prosser then lashed out at @choco_bit, to say, “Listen – I don’t know how YOU got this. This is the exact image / video I was sent. And YOU know that.”

“You know why these couldn’t get out. You just put this source is a lot of danger – all so you could “post before Jon”.”, said Prosser. “You’re a f___g asshole who just burned MY source,” added an angry Prosser.

“You are an absolute a__hole,” added Prosser.

Fudge, known as @choco_bit, replied to Prosser with “How could I know this when you havent replied to DMs and for nearly 4 months now? Seems like this couldve been avoided by reaching out tbh. Not like talking things out matters much.”

The leaker Fudge went on to add they weren’t “told to explicitly not post,” and “nothing truly identifiable or legible anyways,” in his leak of the apparent AirPods Studio.

Prosser went on to share 3D renders of AirPods Studio, in what he says were created to protect his source. These headphones will have “high quality leather or metal”, magnetic ear cups, will be reversible, won’t have a headphone jack and will have USB-C.
