Apple Debuts New iPhone 5s Leather Cases for $45
There was a leak earlier today about a possible new Apple case, and here it is: after the official launch of the highly anticipated iPhone 5S and 5C, the Apple store was updated with a beautiful new leather case, and also colourful iPhone 5C cases made of silicone.
The leather case is compatible with the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 5, and is available in multiple colours: brown, beige, black, yellow, blue and red. According to the product description, the Apple-designed leather cases are made from premium leather, so they look and feel luxurious, and retain the slim feel of the handset even with the cases on.
The Apple-designed leather case costs $45 in the Canadian Apple Store, while the same case is priced at $39 in the US.
With the iPhone 5C now official, it’s time to talk about the iPhone 5C cases. Apple has designed a “colourfully cool” case for the lower-cost handset made from silicone, which is available in six different colours: black, white, red, yellow, blue and green. As you can see from the above image, the coolness of the case is given by precisely drilled holes that align perfectly with the speakers. As a result the case feels like part of the phone.
The Apple-designed silicone case is compatible with the iPhone 5C and costs $35 in the Canadian online Apple Store. Yet again, Canadians have to pay a $6 premium for the exact same case you can get in the US Apple Store for $29. No shipping estimate has yet been given.
