Apple this morning has sent out invites to the press to invite them to their September 9 special event, which most likely will include the announcement of the company’s next iPhones. The invite tagline reads “Hey Siri, give us a hint,” as seen in the image shared by @CNBCnow:
The event will take place at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco at 10:00 am (via The Loop), which affirms a previous report that speculated the location was reserved by Apple for its next event. The auditorium has a seating capacity of 7,000, more than three-times the capacity of the Flint Center (2,300), where last year’s event was held.
Apple is expected to announce the iPhone 6s, which many suspect will include upgraded hardware such as the A9 processor, Force Touch and a 12 megapixel camera. Many also expect an all-new Apple TV to hit the stage.

Shes prob going to finally reveal where all those dead bodies are hidden. Especially after way too many people have been asking for her help with that 😉

I tried asking Siri that question. Oddly Apple’s marketing team didn’t think to create a tailored response to compliment this announcement. Instead, Siri stupidly tried to find businesses with the name “hint” in them.

If I ask for a hint, Siri replies “The only hint I can give you right now is a hint of lime. And that there’s a big announcement on 9 September.
Any hints whether I’ll ever be able to use apple pay in Canada? ????

Hoping for an “always on” Siri feature. A fully functional voice interface is the obvious next “interface revolution”. That would be a big step toward it.
I’m starting to think… can this be also a new device like the Amazon Echo ??? An always on device… or maybe part of the Apple TV… and perfect from HomeKit…
