Created by Michael Steeber, the Apple Store Time Machine is a new Mac app that lets you travel back in time and revisit four iconic Apple Stores on grand opening day.

Steeber’s latest interactive experience takes you back in time to these Apple stores, exactly how they were on their opening days with amazing detail and historical accuracy.

“The Apple Store Time Machine is a celebration of the places and products that have shaped our lives for more than twenty years,” he writes on his website.

“The Apple Store Time Machine is available for free. Building this project took hundreds of hours of research, design, and development,” Steeber adds.

Below are the four stores that have been recreated:

  • Tysons Corner as it was on May 19, 2001
  • Stanford Shopping Center on October 16, 2004
  • Fifth Avenue on May 19, 2006
  • Apple Infinite Loop on September 19, 2015

You’ll be able to experience everything from price tags on the original products to Steve Jobs giving pitches on a PowerBook screen. It’s quite amazing.
