Earlier today, Apple released its new Siri Shortcuts iOS app, which came in the form of an update to the existing Workflow app, which Apple acquired last spring.
The new Shortcuts app allows iOS users to create and setup custom shortcuts to make life easier, with support for Apple’s built-in apps and third-party apps which have been updated to support the new app.

If you’re not entirely sure what to make of the new Shortcuts app, Apple has officially released the Shortcuts User Guide, which you can click here to access. The new guide has five sections dedicated to basics, how to create, use and manage shortcuts, plus tips for advanced shortcuts and frequently asked questions. It’s definitely worth checking out if you want to take full advantage of the new Shortcuts app.
