Over the weekend, the Bell Mobility Self Serve app for iPhone was updated to enable customers to view and manage their Fab contacts.
For those that are unaware, the Bell Mobility Self Serve app is an iPhone app that allows Bell customers to view and manage their account. The app is similar to the Rogers/Fido mobile apps.
Using the Bell Self Serve app, Bell customers can perform the following actions:
The app can only be accessible over the Bell network and will not work over WiFi. However, data used during the app is free of charge when used on the Bell network.
The Bell Self Serve app is available in the App Store for free.

Too bad they completely broke the app with this update. It doesn’t go past the loading screen for most people, based on the comments/reviews.

Same here its pissing me off….i use the app to view my account balance and it wont work ! i dont need to view the bill i want is the balance at a quick glance and maybe change my fab numbers but it wont go pass the loading page…its stay on the picture posted above on this page ! anyone going to fix it ?

I just installed it last night (new Bell customer) and a month after releasing this “update” the app still isn’t fixed. Sad.
